To create an organic restaurant, we decided to operate also a greengrocery specialized in natural foods.This decision was taken in order to meet the European standard under which restaurants, to be called "organic," but use ingredients 95% of more of which are organic.The founding concept was to answer the needs of people who wish to eat plenty of seasonal organic produce.
